Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Business Junction, we strive to offer top-quality services and ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel a service or request a refund. Below, we outline our Cancellation and Refund Policy in detail.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their service request or order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • All cancellation requests must be formally submitted via email (info@businessjunction.in) or through the customer dashboard on our website.

  • If the cancellation request is made within the allowed timeframe and the project has not yet commenced, a full refund may be issued (subject to our refund policy).

  • If the work has already begun or resources have been allocated, cancellation may not be possible, and any payments made will be non-refundable.

  • Some services, such as domain registrations, third-party software, hosting services, or custom development work, cannot be canceled once they are initiated.

  • Business Junction reserves the right to cancel any service at its discretion if the client fails to comply with our terms and policies.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only eligible if a refund request is made on the same day the advance payment is made.

  • Customers must submit their refund request in writing via email (info@businessjunction.in) with the payment details and reason for the refund.

  • Refund requests made after 24 hours of payment will not be accepted.

  • If a service has already been initiated or partially completed, no refund will be processed.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Transaction fees, third-party charges, and administrative costs incurred during payment processing may be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • If the service was purchased as part of a discounted package or promotional offer, refunds will not be applicable.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Any payments made for custom development, software integration, marketing services, or consulting work are non-refundable once the work has started.

  • Digital products such as domain registrations, website hosting, SSL certificates, software subscriptions, and licensing fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • If a client requests modifications or additional work that goes beyond the original scope of service, those additional costs will not be refunded.

  • Refunds will not be provided in cases where Business Junction terminates the contract due to a breach of the terms of service by the customer.

  • Refunds are not applicable for service interruptions, temporary downtime, or unforeseen technical issues.

4. Refund Processing Time & Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the refund request.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been successfully processed.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • If a customer disagrees with the refund decision, they may submit a dispute resolution request to info@businessjunction.in.

  • Business Junction will review the dispute within 7 business days and provide a final decision.

  • In case of any legal disputes, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India.
